Overview
All products sold by Quorvex LLC are designated strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). They are intended solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals in appropriate controlled laboratory settings. Products are not approved, evaluated, or intended for any other purpose. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this RUO Policy in its entirety.
No Human or Animal Use
Quorvex products are explicitly not for:
Human consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, implantation, or any form of bodily administration. Veterinary, animal treatment, or animal research outside approved institutional protocols. Diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, dietary supplement, wellness, bodybuilding, anti-aging, performance enhancement, or personal use. Compounding, dispensing, prescribing, resale, redistribution, or supply for any prohibited purpose.
None of our products have been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for safety, efficacy, or any use beyond laboratory research. We provide no dosing, reconstitution, administration, protocol, or usage guidance for human or animal applications.
Qualified Purchasers Only
By purchasing from Quorvex LLC, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 21 years of age. You are a qualified research professional purchasing on behalf of a lawful laboratory, academic institution, research organization, or similar qualified entity. You possess the necessary training, facilities, equipment, and authorizations for safe, lawful handling and use in a laboratory environment. Your intended and actual use is strictly limited to lawful in-vitro laboratory research. You will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional laws, regulations, and safety standards.
We reserve the right to require verification (account details, research profile, documentation) and to refuse, cancel, or restrict any order or account that does not meet these criteria.
No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
All information on our website, product pages, COAs, or communications is provided for laboratory reference and research context only. Nothing shall be interpreted as medical advice, treatment recommendations, health guidance, or claims that any product can diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
Laboratory Handling and Responsibility
You assume full responsibility for proper receipt, storage, handling, safety protocols, record-keeping, and disposal of products in accordance with all applicable laws and best laboratory practices. Quorvex LLC is not responsible for any misuse, improper handling, contamination, degradation, or unauthorized application after delivery.
Prohibited Uses and Consequences
Products may not be used for any purpose listed under “No Human or Animal Use” above or in violation of law. Any indication (in communications, order notes, reviews, or otherwise) of prohibited use may result in:
Immediate order cancellation Account suspension or permanent termination Denial of refunds or replacements Reporting to appropriate authorities if required by law
Right to Refuse Service
Quorvex LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, cancel, or terminate any order or account for compliance, risk, or policy reasons.
Indemnity Waiver
By placing an order or purchasing products from Quorvex LLC, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quorvex LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:
Your purchase, receipt, possession, storage, handling, use, misuse, or disposal of any product. Any breach of this RUO Policy, the Terms and Conditions, or applicable laws. Any personal injury, property damage, regulatory action, or third-party claims connected to your actions.
You acknowledge that the products are supplied exclusively for research purposes and have not been approved by the FDA or any authority for human or animal use. You accept full responsibility for all risks associated with the products and voluntarily release, discharge, and waive any claims against Quorvex LLC related to their purchase or use. This waiver and indemnity survive the completion of any transaction and bind your heirs, successors, and assigns. By completing your purchase (including clicking “I Agree,” submitting your order, or proceeding to checkout), you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this RUO Policy and Indemnity Waiver.
