Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of our research products and applicable regulations, Quorvex LLC does not accept returns, offer refunds for change of mind, or allow order cancellations once an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.

Limited Exceptions

Refunds or replacements are considered only in cases of verified Quorvex fulfillment errors (e.g., incorrect item shipped or pre-delivery damage caused by us). These must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with complete supporting documentation, including:

Full unboxing video (recorded from the moment the package is first opened) Photos of external packaging and shipping label Photos of contents and packing slip Order number and detailed description of the issue

Claims submitted without full documentation, after the deadline, or involving opened/tampered products will be denied. Even in eligible cases, we may choose (at our sole discretion) to issue a replacement rather than a cash refund. Shipping fees and processing costs are generally non-refundable.

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Situations (examples include but are not limited to):

Change of mind or orders placed in error Products that have been opened, used, altered, or tampered with Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier (lost, stolen, or missing after delivery) Carrier delays or issues after handover Incorrect address provided by the customer Failure to complete required signature, age/ID verification, or delivery requirements Any order associated with prohibited use, policy violation, or non-research intent (per our Terms and Conditions and Research Use Only policy)

Unpaid or Cancelled Orders

Orders not paid within 2 hours of placement are automatically cancelled with inventory released. Repeated unpaid orders may result in restricted payment methods or refusal of future service.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage contacting us first to resolve any issues. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals for delivered orders or matters covered by this policy will be disputed using order records, delivery confirmation, and your agreement to these Terms. Improper chargebacks may result in account suspension and refusal of future orders.

Research Use Only

All products are sold strictly for lawful in-vitro laboratory research. Any communication suggesting prohibited use may result in denial of any remedy and further account action.
